First we have you fill out a basic contact form. This form gives us the ten second run down of your event details and how best to contact you. You'll have the option to look over our services in advance to see what options you might be interested in discussing more. We use this information to immediately start working on a custom quote.

Consultation Call
Once we have your contact form, we will reach out and set up a free consultation call. This can take anywhere from 30-60 minutes, so make sure you have plenty of time before scheduling. In this time, we will ask you several questions to get to know you better and develop a much deeper understanding of what your vision is for your event. This is also the time for you to ask us any questions you may have. We recommend taking a look at our portfolio before this call just so you can become familiar with our work.

Get Your Quote
At the end of your consultation call, if you're feeling positive and wish to move forward, we discuss costs and package options. We NEVER try to pressure you into making a decision over the phone, however, we do want to emphasize that with a limited number of weekends each year, there's a chance that if you wait too long, someone else may ask about your date, and while we do try to stay fair, we do require a 50% deposit to officially book with us.
